This agreement has been entered into as of
between the following entities, Apex Bank
and Centerville Elementary School; the mutual agreement is as follows:
Centerville Elementary School will open and continually operate in good standing all banking-related accounts for the duration
of this agreement, and Apex Bank will provide Centerville Elementary School the following:

The parties further agree as follows:
1. The term of this agreement is for 5 years, beginning
and expiring on

2. It is also agreed that Centerville Elementary School will fully transition full banking account relationship to Apex Bank no
later than August 1, 2026.
3. The Apex Bank Logo will be displayed:
Rights to place signage on / under the scoreboard in the school gymnasium
4. Coordinate with the principal to arrange an on-site visit to meet with teachers and staff.
5. Flex classes throughout the year with students.
6. All Centerville Elementary School accounts will be held at Apex Bank through the term of this agreement. Contingent upon
the clearing of two checks written in 2023 on old account that have not cleared that account yet. Funds to just cover those
items will be left in old account only.
Centerville Elementary School does hereby agree to release, acquit, and forever discharge Apex Bank from any and all
claims, actions, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, obligations, warranties, agreements, rights, costs, expenses,
attorneys' fees, judgments, claims, counterclaims, cross claims, and demands of any nature whatsoever, in any way relating
to the subject matter of the Agreement, including damage to person or property.
Authorized representatives from Centerville Elementary School and Apex Bank do hereby agree to enter into this
agreement by signing below.
