1) Line items 9, 22, 35, 43, 53, 64, 73, 99 and 111 - Installation for each system is ineligible per 7 CFR 1734.23(a)(3), To pay salaries, wages, or employee benefits to medical or educational
personnel: per 7 CFR 1734.23(a)(4), To pay for the salaries or administrative expenses of the applicant or the project. The scope of work outlined the IT and Maintenance Department staff would
install the equipment. Furthermore, only installations or trainings provided by a third party or vendor would be an allowable cost.
Based on the above adjustments, the adjusted Grant Amount is $532,328 with an adjusted Match Amount of $79,926 maintaining the proposed match percentage. Final adjusted Project Budget
totals $612,254.
