1st Reading:
1.400 School Board meetings- Ms. Baker recommended including the language from the
December meeting regarding recording meetings live-stream.
1.404 Appeals to and Appearances before the Board- State law requires a majority of the
membership of the board to vote to take action (TCA 49-2-202) versus a majority of the
individuals present at a given meeting. TSBA recommended the following change in wording:
remove the words "of members present".
