Students, employees, or teachers may request reasonable accommodations if they desire greater

privacy when using multi-occupancy restrooms or changing facilities located in the school building or

when using multi-occupancy sleeping quarters while attending a school-sponsored activity.

Such requests shall be submitted in writing to the principal, and any appeals regarding the principal's
5
decision shall be in accordance with state law. 1

The Director of Schools shall develop an administrative procedure on access to private facilities.
