RESOLUTION NO. 23-11

REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED ON HWY 7, IN LYLES, TN, (MAP 039, PARCEL 020.03), FROM A-1, AGRICULTURAL-FORESTRY DISTRICT TO R-2, HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.

WHEREAS, Austin Page has submitted a request to rezone a property located on Hwy 7, in Lyles, TN, as shown on Tax Map 039, Parcel 020.03, from an A-1 Agricultural-Forestry District to R-2 High Density Residential District; and

WHEREAS, the Hickman County Planning Commission, at their regularly scheduled meeting held on March 2nd, 2023, reviewed the request and recommended approval by a unanimous voice vote; and

WHEREAS, the required Public Hearing on this request has taken place, and the Board of County Commissioners of Hickman County, Tennessee, are desirous of approving it.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Hickman County, Tennessee, assembled in regular session this 27th day of March 2023, that:

SECTION 1: The property identified as Tax Map 039, Parcel 020.03, and physically found on Hwy 7, in Lyles, TN, is hereby zoned as an R-2 High Density Residential District.

SECTION 2: The provisions of this Resolution shall become effective upon its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
