Its main action was approving the June and July financial summaries together on a 6-0 roll-call vote. Members were told that June had not yet been balanced because year-end closeout work was still underway, but no questions or objections were raised. The committee also approved the agenda and prior meeting minutes by voice vote. Before adjourning, a member thanked the finance office for keeping the committee informed and providing the needed materials.
